Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albertino Bezerra in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Daviana Sport's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Proson FC the free kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aldo Francis during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some careless play in the Proson FC defense, Guaberto Caitano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carmelo Abajas. The Proson FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carmelo Abajas should have stopped the shot.
