With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lorenzo Arias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The long shot by Higinio Efren in the 28th minute really tested Carmelo Abajas's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The Proson FC fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Proson FC's Albertino Bezerra looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of River Fran booed when Proson FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Quintun didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, River Fran's Bonifacio Bide got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute, Albertino Bezerra made a precise shot to the right of Lorenzo Arias. In the 69th minute of the match River Fran got a corner. Proson FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Isidoro Senen ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Lisandro Tajo heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Lorenzo Arias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albertino Bezerra's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Teodosio De Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Feliciano Fernandez charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Feliciano Fernandez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 76th match minute, River Fran was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Eutropio to maneuver through the defense. Albertino Bezerra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Lorenzo Arias made a huge save. Feliciano Fernandez hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the last second Lorenzo Arias throw himself and got hold of the ball when Albertino Bezerra in the 86thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The Proson FC fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Proson FC's Albertino Bezerra looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Proson FC played a much better game than River Fran and deserved their victory. The River Fran players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
