The ElBalcon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacek Naskrent should have stopped the shot. 37 minutes into the match, Elias Garci had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacek Naskrent. ElBalcon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elias Garci was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 43rd minute, Samuel Olayo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boxer Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Romulo Estevon made a kick off. Jacek Naskrent took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartolo Quirze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 57 played minutes ElBalcon got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Honesto. If Caetano Salgado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacek Naskrent didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bartolo Quirze went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. If Bartolo Quirze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 71st play minutes Bartolo Quirze shot 9-0, a short shot which went by Jacek Naskrent and just under the crossbar into goal. Moises Osasun charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Moises Osasun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Caetano Salgado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacek Naskrent read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Romulo Estevon's late challenge caught a Boxer Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romulo Estevon helped the player get up and apologised. Romulo Estevon kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Boxer Club walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
