With his leg Jacek Naskrent managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when Corrientes FC's Nunez Teyo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Nunez Teyo scored 2-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacek Naskrent, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, ElBalcon's Jacek Naskrent got control of the ball when Nunez Teyo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jacek Naskrent was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Constantino Cefero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nunez Teyo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacek Naskrent read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, ElBalcon's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Fraco came free, but Jacek Naskrent reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Nunez Teyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Corrientes FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
