Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aldo Markel kicked off to start the match. In the 10thth minute of the game Bartolo Quirze who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vilela's Maximino Rio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Markel in the 18th minute of play forced Boxer Club's goalkeeper Camilo Fernado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximino Rio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caetano Salgado in the 20th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Vilela's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolo Quirze came free, but Maximino Rio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Samuel Olayo made a kick off. Maximino Rio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartolo Quirze in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute, Boxer Club's Bartolo Quirze ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Maximino Rio. Maximino Rio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Samuel Olayo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Maximino Rio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 61 minutes into the match, Vilela's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Salgado came free, but Maximino Rio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caetano Salgado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximino Rio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Vilela's Maximino Rio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Vilela from getting a goal against them. In the 91st minute, Elias Garci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Samuel Olayo struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Maximino Rio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boxer Club. The Vilela fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Boxer Club were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
