After a rather tough play, Sportivo Isla Verde's Hector Guillerme got a free kick in the 69th minute. After 71 minutes of play, Angels's Feliberto Gelmiro made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alonzo Jerardo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alonzo Jerardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albino Gaufred in the 75th minute of play. Hector Guillerme hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Angels's Feliberto Gelmiro got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Feliberto Gelmiro got free with Alonzo Jerardo in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Although Sportivo Isla Verde had been in control for most of the match, Angels still came away with the win.
