Eduard Kozhenevskiy came out of the goal and Gregorio Teodor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 41 minutes into the match, Alvaro Meder notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of San Isidro Kicks's Ildefonso Oier. Ildefonso Oier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Marcos Quilino fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Defensores de Bolivar's protests and gave Marcos Quilino a yellow card for diving instead. In the 48th match minute, Defensores de Bolivar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Quilino to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The referee felt a red card was in order, 97 minutes into the game, when Victorino Txordon put in a rough tackle. In the 98th minute, Victorino Txordon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded Defensores de Bolivar left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than San Isidro Kicks.
