A collision led to Villa Maria FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Wilfredo Burni hit a great ball. Fernan Llorian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmiro Primo in the 8th minute of play. Fernan Llorian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Primo, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. 10 minutes into the game, Ezequiel Peruxu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Victorica AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villa Maria FC the free kick. Ezequiel Peruxu hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Marcos Inge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Mincho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Victorica AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fernan Soter was slow to take the kick. During this time Villa Maria FC's players had a chance to rest. Marcos Inge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Mincho in the 21st minute of the match. The supporters of Victorica AFC booed when Villa Maria FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernan Soter didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Victorica AFC's Leon Viedes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fernan Llorian made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Fernan Llorian made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Joško Kodrin sent off a good shot on target. Santiago Cesario recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th match minute, Villa Maria FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilfredo Burni to maneuver through the defense. 39 minutes in the game, Delmiro Primo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Fernan Llorian having to interfere. Delmiro Primo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcos Mincho struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Marcos Inge didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Villa Maria FC. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Leon Viedes made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Victorica AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Viedes to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Victorica AFC booed when Villa Maria FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilfredo Burni didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Victorica AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Mincho came free, but Marcos Inge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernan Llorian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Viedes in the 58th minute of play. Delmiro Primo took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernan Llorian. Fernan Llorian dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 69th minute, Delmiro Primo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Victorica AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Generoso Txema in the 72nd minute of play forced Victorica AFC's goalkeeper Marcos Inge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 75 minutes, Leon Viedes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Victorica AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leon Viedes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 79 minutes into the match, Victorica AFC's Leon Viedes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fernan Llorian narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Victorica AFC's Delmiro Primo got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Delmiro Primo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernan Llorian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Feliberto Gonzalez might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fernan Llorian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Feliberto Gonzalez ran back to his position shaking his head. After 89 minutes of play, Victorica AFC's Joško Kodrin made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fernan Llorian was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Delmiro Primo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
