After 9 played minutes Estela got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Amor. In the 11th minute, Apolo Paublo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Defensores de Belgrano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Ruperto Ostots made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Apolo Paublo sent off a good shot on target. Delmar Tomi's late challenge caught a Estela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Delmar Tomi helped the player get up and apologised. After 24 played minutes Defensores de Belgrano got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Tomi. Agah Yoruç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Micael in the 27th minute of play. Ruperto Ostots was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Silverio Eder showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 29 minute of play. 32 minutes into the match Leszek Pilsudski climbed in front of goal and pressed up 4-0 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Ruperto Ostots. In the 98th minute, Delmar Tomi made a precise shot to the right of Ruperto Ostots. Estela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-1. There was no doubt that Defensores de Belgrano were the better team. Defensores de Belgrano's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
