Alvaro Jusepe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolando Presebal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, Showtime FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Perfecto came free, but Alvaro Jusepe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Pulares Ekatombe FC defense, Silverio Fe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anier Bermudez. The Pulares Ekatombe FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anier Bermudez should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silverio Fe in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anier Bermudez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Maximino Ubendu took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Anier Bermudez to make any attempt to save it. 41 minutes into the match, Showtime FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Presebal came free, but Alvaro Jusepe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anier Bermudez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from German Sagrario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 44 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Showtime FC's Maximino Ubendu fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. When Silverio Fe fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Showtime FC's protests and gave Silverio Fe a yellow card for diving instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcelo Soter to make the kick off. Showtime FC were furious when Norberto Bartuelo was red carded, 51 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 51st minute, one of Showtime FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Showtime FC. Anier Bermudez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silverio Fe in the 55th minute of play. In the 59th minute of the match, Marcelo Soter tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alvaro Jusepe saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. German Sagrario took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anier Bermudez. Anier Bermudez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silverio Fe in the 71st minute of play forced Pulares Ekatombe FC's goalkeeper Anier Bermudez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eriberto Nesto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Anier Bermudez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rolando Presebal kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. If German Sagrario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolando Presebal charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rolando Presebal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 81st minute, Rolando Presebal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 87 minutes into the match, Marcelo Soter dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alvaro Jusepe, 4-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silverio Fe in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anier Bermudez saved Pulares Ekatombe FC from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ricardo Perfecto got free with Alvaro Jusepe in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. German Sagrario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Showtime FC had won after a very even match.
