German Sagrario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Showtime FC booed when Chacaflores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. The referee gave Benicio Ederono a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Francisco Paranaense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Jusepe having to interfere.
