Spectators: 7515 (Terracing: 5637, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fausto Arnau kicked off to start the match. Nereo Sesuldo hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. The supporters of Los Cardos 11 booed when Club Atlético Burzaco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermengildo Firman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute Dalmacio Lohitzun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Celipe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Los Cardos 11's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Arnau came free, but Mauricio Lauaxeta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nereo Sesuldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauricio Lauaxeta having to interfere. 17 minutes into the game, Club Atlético Burzaco's Hermengildo Firman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mauricio Lauaxeta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. A collision led to Los Cardos 11 getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Emanuel Olo hit a great ball. Los Cardos 11's Mauricio Lauaxeta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nereo Sesuldo in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Burzaco's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Eriz came free, but Martin Celipe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute Hermengildo Firman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Lauaxeta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute of the match, Dalmacio Lohitzun tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Martin Celipe saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Martin Celipe came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Cardos 11's Dalmacio Lohitzun. But to his dismay, Dalmacio Lohitzun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Mauricio Lauaxeta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Arnau in the 37th minute of play. In the 37th match minute, Club Atlético Burzaco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nereo Sesuldo to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Martin Celipe successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Los Cardos 11's Felipe Gombal got a free kick in the 40th minute. Mauricio Lauaxeta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nereo Sesuldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the match, Hermengildo Firman notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Los Cardos 11's Mauricio Lauaxeta. Mauricio Lauaxeta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Los Cardos 11 defense, Nereo Sesuldo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mauricio Lauaxeta. The Los Cardos 11 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mauricio Lauaxeta should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dalmacio Lohitzun to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Fausto Arnau put it in 1-6 from a short distance just to the right of Mauricio Lauaxeta. Mauricio Lauaxeta was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Hermengildo Firman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hermengildo Firman really showed his touch with that goal: 1-7. 62 minutes into the game, Club Atlético Burzaco's Ubaldo Nabar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nereo Sesuldo hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Atlético Burzaco's Nereo Sesuldo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mauricio Lauaxeta. That made the score 1-9 after 67 minutes of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diego Macias during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Diego Macias hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. The long shot by Fausto Arnau in the 73rd minute really tested Mauricio Lauaxeta's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Mauricio Lauaxeta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres Teofilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Hermengildo Firman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mauricio Lauaxeta. Los Cardos 11's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hermengildo Firman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-10. After a defensive mix-up in Los Cardos 11's zone, Ubaldo Nabar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mauricio Lauaxeta came out of the goal and Ubaldo Nabar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Club Atlético Burzaco made a substitution. Felix Tabby replaced Nereo Sesuldo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Eriz in the 84th minute of play forced Club Atlético Burzaco's goalkeeper Martin Celipe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute of the match, Hermengildo Firman got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mauricio Lauaxeta was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Los Cardos 11's Diego Macias got a free kick in the 87th minute. Fausto Arnau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Mauricio Lauaxeta made a huge save. Los Cardos 11's Mauricio Lauaxeta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Tabby in the 90th minute of play. Mauricio Lauaxeta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Arnau in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Club Atlético Burzaco were awarded a corner. Fausto Arnau went to the cornerflag to take it. A very nice done corner allowed Marcelino Xacintu to score against Mauricio Lauaxeta in Los Cardos 11's goal. 1-11 after 94 minutes. The Los Cardos 11 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Club Atlético Burzaco were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
