In the 24th match minute, CSD Estación Chilavert was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonzo Jakue to maneuver through the defense. Rogelio Toribio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cecilio Weterio in the 25th minute of the match. In the 27th minute of the match, Arnoldo Mel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Celedonio Normando saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 66th minute of the match Vladimiro Frasquito shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Celedonio Normando showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 68th minute, Cecilio Weterio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rogelio Toribio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Teobaldo Gaskon struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Celedonio Normando didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CSD Estación Chilavert. 75 minutes into the match, CSD Estación Chilavert's goalkeeper Rogelio Toribio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulino Pacorro. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cecilio Weterio in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rogelio Toribio saved CSD Estación Chilavert from getting behind. Cecilio Weterio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Rogelio Toribio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Rogelio Toribio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulino Pacorro in the 83rd minute.
