Municipal got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Enmanuel. After 24 minutes Come Pastito's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Melchor Omero who took care of the corner kick. In the 25th match minute, C.D. Municipal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascual Olentzaro to maneuver through the defense. Serafin Dominguez's late challenge caught a Come Pastito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Serafin Dominguez helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to C.D. Municipal getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Serafin Dominguez hit a great ball. After 31 played minutes Come Pastito got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Adrio. Elvio Joanes hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Serafin Dominguez in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damaso Dominic prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gogo Dayam in the 38th minute of play forced C.D. Municipal's goalkeeper Daniel Cordarrol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Come Pastito's Gogo Dayam got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elpidio Oto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Daniel Cordarrol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gogo Dayam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elpidio Oto to strike the kick off in the second half. Gogo Dayam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elpidio Oto in the 54th minute of play forced C.D. Municipal's goalkeeper Daniel Cordarrol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Cordarrol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Shepherd, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Leonel Liher hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Elpidio Oto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Daniel Cordarrol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bonifacio Enmanuel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Serafin Dominguez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gogo Dayam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Serafin Dominguez came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the C.D. Municipal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serafin Dominguez couldn't finish the play. Bonifacio Enmanuel came free in the 79th minute and tried to tip the ball over Damaso Dominic, but to the joy of Come Pastito's supporters the ball went over. In the 84th minute, Serafin Dominguez fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 87 minutes into the match, C.D. Municipal's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Dayam came free, but Daniel Cordarrol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.D. Municipal's Daniel Cordarrol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Oto in the 89th minute of play. If Elpidio Oto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
