When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Edmundo Vinhas put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Isidoro Frutos. In the 33rd minute Atilano Salomone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Macerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edmundo Vinhas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Isidoro Frutos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Argentino de Merlo's Isidoro Frutos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Argentino de Merlo from getting a goal against them. With a left leg Isidoro Frutos saved Argentino de Merlo from getting behind. 61 minutes into the match, Argentino de Merlo's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Bastiaro came free, but Isidoro Frutos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Messi Dream Team's Elias Macerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atilano Salomone in the 62nd minute of play. Filomeno Venceslao charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filomeno Venceslao the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ramon Amor struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Isidoro Frutos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Messi Dream Team. Isidoro Frutos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Amor in the 74th minute of the match. Argentino de Merlo's Basilio Urtun was substituted for Atilano Salomone. Isidoro Frutos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon Amor, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute.
