Santos Demonios FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eleuterio Ignado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jeremias Tonio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingo Anaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeremias Tonio came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Santos Demonios FC's Domingo Anaya. But to his dismay, Domingo Anaya quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. El Punta F.C's Jeremias Tonio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Anaya in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute of the match Santos Demonios FC got a corner. El Punta F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eleuterio Ignado ran over to the corner to take the kick. Aldo Ekhi succeeded in the game's 12th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Jeremias Tonio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aldo Ekhi in the 15th minute of play. Jeremias Tonio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aldo Ekhi in the 17th minute of the match. Domingo Anaya scored 0-3 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeremias Tonio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 22nd minute, Aldo Ekhi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeremias Tonio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Eleuterio Ignado scored 0-5 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeremias Tonio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, El Punta F.C's Nicolas Richie got a free kick in the 28th minute. 31 minutes into the match, El Punta F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Eleuterio Ignado came free, but Jeremias Tonio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, El Punta F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Ekhi came free, but Jeremias Tonio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Eleuterio Ignado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jeremias Tonio. But to his dismay, Aldo Ekhi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. After 41 played minutes El Punta F.C got a freekick which was hit by Honorato Bittor. In the 44th minute, Aldo Ekhi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeremias Tonio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8.

54 minutes into the game, Domingos Baraquiel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Punta F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Santos Demonios FC the free kick. A collision led to El Punta F.C getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Domingos Baraquiel hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eleuterio Ignado got free with Jeremias Tonio in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Santos Demonios FC's Domingo Anaya slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jeremias Tonio. That made the score 0-9 after 61 minutes of play. 64 minutes in the game, Aldo Ekhi fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jeremias Tonio having to interfere. After a rather tough play, El Punta F.C's Paulo Irrintzi got a free kick in the 65th minute. Jeremias Tonio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Markel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Domingo Anaya got free with Jeremias Tonio in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristian Cortez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeremias Tonio was a little too slow when Aldo Ekhi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 0-11. Eleuterio Ignado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Tonio having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeledon Markel in the 85th minute of play forced El Punta F.C's goalkeeper Jeremias Tonio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Santos Demonios FC booed when El Punta F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Jesco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute, Santos Demonios FC's Aldo Ekhi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jeremias Tonio. Jeremias Tonio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-12. The El Punta F.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Santos Demonios FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
