Spectators: 7465 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) Vinicio Sidoro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 7th minute Vinicio Sidoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Lon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelo Gil was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rene Arias showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Pichaihué's goalkeeper Marcelo Gil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfonso Calixto. 17 minutes into the match, Pichaihué's goal looked a bit too open when Apolo Peter came free, but Marcelo Gil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfonso Calixto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Gil having to interfere. Ceferino Koldo hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Angel Lon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Segundo Egoitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Marcelo Gil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apolo Peter in the 26th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Celso Umea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Angel Lon was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Angel Lon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gage Henderson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcelo Gil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Apolo Peter in the 38th minute. Angel Lon came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Pichaihué's Celso Umea. But to his dismay, Celso Umea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. With a little luck, Pichaihué's Marcelo Gil got control of the ball when Alfonso Calixto tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nunez Padro was the one to do the kick off. After 54 played minutes Pichaihué got a freekick which was hit by Ermegildo Guilabertus. Los Luminosos's Angel Lon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Los Luminosos from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Los Luminosos getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Teobaldo Iruinea hit a great ball. 63 minutes into the match, Nunez Padro notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Pichaihué's Marcelo Gil. Marcelo Gil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfonso Calixto in the 69th minute of play forced Pichaihué's goalkeeper Marcelo Gil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute Apolo Peter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Gil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Pichaihué's Celso Umea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Angel Lon. That made the score 2-2 after 72 minutes of play. Angel Lon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gage Henderson went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. In the 89th minute, Segundo Egoitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apolo Peter in the 93rd minute of play forced Pichaihué's goalkeeper Marcelo Gil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Los Luminosos's Angel Lon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Umea in the 96th minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
