The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Baraquiel in the 11th minute of play forced OSOPIO's goalkeeper Tadeo Pierres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radko Súrbov took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tao Mo. Tao Mo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Tao Mo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Israel Ritchie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute, Israel Ritchie made a precise shot to the right of Tao Mo. River Plate FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. After a rather tough play, OSOPIO's Jim Carrey got a free kick in the 31st minute. Tao Mo came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by OSOPIO's Bernardo Remicio. But to his dismay, Bernardo Remicio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Tao Mo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jim Carrey in the 38th minute of play. After some careless play in the River Plate FC defense, Bernardo Remicio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tao Mo. The River Plate FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tao Mo should have stopped the shot. A collision led to River Plate FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Marco Oskarbi hit a great ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kelemen Bouceda made a kick off. Israel Ritchie struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Tao Mo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for OSOPIO. In the 52nd minute, Jim Carrey ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tao Mo was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Eugenio Vito kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, OSOPIO's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Baraquiel came free, but Tadeo Pierres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tao Mo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Remicio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tao Mo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 68th minute of the match OSOPIO got a corner. River Plate FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Paulo Solustiano ran over to the corner to take the kick. Blas Iztal was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 69 minutes into the match. The supporters of OSOPIO booed when River Plate FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blas Iztal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 73 played minutes River Plate FC got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Mede. In the 74th match minute, River Plate FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Mede to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the game, Hernán Leandro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Tao Mo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aare Särg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Tadeo Pierres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tao Mo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernán Leandro in the 86th minute of the match. Hernán Leandro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tao Mo having to interfere. Tao Mo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximo Marino in the 93rd minute of play. Tao Mo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hernán Leandro's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. OSOPIO fully deserved thier win.
