Amado Meder came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Desamparados FC's Carolo Asier. But to his dismay, Carolo Asier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Carolo Asier blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amado Meder having to make a save. Fabian Cebo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Honesto in the 20th minute of the match. Placido Honesto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Fabian Cebo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 25th minute, Paulino Haitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Placido Honesto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Fabian Cebo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ruperto Gil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Desamparados FC's zone, Placido Honesto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Cebo came out of the goal and Placido Honesto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carolo Asier's late challenge caught a BAIRESLET FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carolo Asier helped the player get up and apologised. In the 35th match minute, Desamparados FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carolo Asier to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Placido Honesto in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabian Cebo saved Desamparados FC from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Placido Honesto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabian Cebo was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. The supporters of BAIRESLET FC booed when Desamparados FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliberto Noe didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Pacifico in the 48th minute of play forced BAIRESLET FC's goalkeeper Amado Meder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Angel Pacifico to make the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Placido Honesto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BAIRESLET FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Placido Honesto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabian Cebo came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by BAIRESLET FC's Ruperto Gil. But to his dismay, Ruperto Gil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 69 played minutes Desamparados FC got a freekick which was hit by Paulino Haitz. In the 70th minute, Placido Honesto made a precise shot to the right of Fabian Cebo. Desamparados FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Ruperto Gil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ruperto Gil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Fabian Cebo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Placido Honesto sped through Desamparados FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fabian Cebo. Amado Meder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angel Pacifico in the 86th minute of the match. Ruperto Gil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. BAIRESLET FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
