When Radko Súrbov came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the OSOPIO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Radko Súrbov couldn't finish the play. Radko Súrbov kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th match minute, Pichaihué was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidro Maurin to maneuver through the defense. OSOPIO's Radko Súrbov got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcelo Frantzes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Marcelo Gil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelo Gil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radko Súrbov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcelo Frantzes charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelo Frantzes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marcelo Frantzes kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. A hard shot by Segundo Egoitz from long distance, 28 minutes into the match, got Tadeo Pierres's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After a rather tough play, Pichaihué's Ermegildo Guilabertus got a free kick in the 29th minute. Marcelo Gil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Radko Súrbov's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes into the match, Marcelo Frantzes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcelo Gil. Pichaihué's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcelo Frantzes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Radko Súrbov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Vinicio Sidoro made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Gage Henderson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tadeo Pierres was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Tadeo Pierres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celso Umea in the 56th minute of play. Vinicio Sidoro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 70 minutes, Radko Súrbov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. OSOPIO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radko Súrbov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcelo Gil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radko Súrbov in the 73rd minute. Tadeo Pierres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinicio Sidoro in the 75th minute of play. Bernardo Remicio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Marcelo Gil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. OSOPIO's Maximo Marino was substituted for Bernardo Remicio. If Radko Súrbov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. OSOPIO's Israel Ritchie was substituted for Radko Súrbov. Isidro Maurin kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Ritchie in the 89th minute of play forced Pichaihué's goalkeeper Marcelo Gil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Celso Umea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Although Pichaihué had been in control for most of the match, OSOPIO still came away with the win.
