Generoso Tome was slow to take the kick. During this time Los Chirimbolos's players had a chance to rest. Los Chirimbolos's Generoso Tome was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rafal Leszczynski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Pinilih Sutimbul made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Savier in the 14th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Isaac Mitxel notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Los Chirimbolos's Pinilih Sutimbul. Jairo Miro hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute Ruben Savier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pinilih Sutimbul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over POCASPULGAS could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Los Chirimbolos throughout the match.
