Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Froilan Kemen got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Froilan Kemen in the 6th minute of play forced Emita FC's goalkeeper Eugenio Gotzon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the game, Dante Theobald was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Emita FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jumeal the free kick. In the 10th match minute, Emita FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Theobald to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Froilan Kemen in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugenio Gotzon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eugenio Gotzon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Denis Raebert in the 17th minute. After 17 played minutes Emita FC got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Oinaz. Cristobal Elizardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Oinaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 24 minutes, Erasmo Duardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Emita FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erasmo Duardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Jumeal's Uriel Platon got a free kick in the 24th minute. If Froilan Kemen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugenio Gotzon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Froilan Kemen's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Rigoberto Quilino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jumeal's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Severino Ticho in the 44th minute. In the 47th match minute, Jumeal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso Urdaspal to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Erasmo Duardo made the kick off in the second half. Cristobal Elizardo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rigoberto Quilino in the 53rd minute. Denis Raebert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erasmo Duardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Cristobal Elizardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emita FC's Erasmo Duardo got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Froilan Kemen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jumeal's Denis Raebert in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Emita FC's goalie prevented a goal.
