Spectators: 7509 (Terracing: 5632, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Olgierd Walaszkiewicz took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Perritos y Gatitos Unidos's goalkeeper Ovidio Chus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tony Melo. Perritos y Gatitos Unidos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Javier Udalaitz scored to the left of an out of position Ovidio Chus, making the score, 1-0. Eusebio Lluis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilo Lopes in the 9th minute of the match. Aguilas rojas's Eusebio Lluis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Calixto in the 11th minute of play. Eusebio Lluis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgardo Primeiro in the 13th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Perritos y Gatitos Unidos's goal looked a bit too open when Olgierd Walaszkiewicz came free, but Ovidio Chus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute Olgierd Walaszkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Chus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Aguilas rojas's Ovidio Chus threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Javier Udalaitz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Aguilas rojas were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Perritos y Gatitos Unidos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lorenzo Insigne took the corner. The corner led Aguilas rojas's Lorenzo Insigne to fire away a dangerous shot which Ovidio Chus despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Eusebio Lluis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Lopes in the 32nd minute of play. In the 36th minute of the match Javier Udalaitz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ovidio Chus skillfully saved the ball. When Perritos y Gatitos Unidos's Teofilo Lopes in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Aguilas rojas's goalie prevented a goal. Eusebio Lluis came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Perritos y Gatitos Unidos's Gerardo Iratzeder. But to his dismay, Gerardo Iratzeder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teofilo Lopes made a kick off. With a little luck, Aguilas rojas's Eusebio Lluis got control of the ball when Edgardo Primeiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Perritos y Gatitos Unidos's Teofilo Lopes was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 54th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 58th match minute, Perritos y Gatitos Unidos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horacio Domiku to maneuver through the defense. Edgardo Primeiro scored 1-4 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eusebio Lluis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 75 minutes, Eusebio Lluis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Aguilas rojas's Eusebio Lluis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Primeiro in the 76th minute of play. Teofilo Lopes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Eusebio Lluis made a huge save. Ovidio Chus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conrado Garaile in the 82nd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Aguilas rojas's goalkeeper Eusebio Lluis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgardo Primeiro. Olgierd Walaszkiewicz charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olgierd Walaszkiewicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eusebio Lluis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Primeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Perritos y Gatitos Unidos supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Perritos y Gatitos Unidos would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
