In the 10thth minute of the game Sergio Cordareo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Emita FC's Eugenio Gotzon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Tigre booed when Emita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiberto Artal didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Gwyn Lawson sped through Emita FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eugenio Gotzon. Gwyn Lawson succeeded in the game's 17th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Sergio Cordareo sped through Emita FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eugenio Gotzon. The Tigre fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Gwyn Lawson took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eugenio Gotzon. Eugenio Gotzon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. 38 minutes into the game, Sergio Cordareo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Eugenio Gotzon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Tigre were leading 0-10. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Gwyn Lawson succeeded in the game's 53rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-11. Sergio Cordareo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Eugenio Gotzon made a huge save. 59 minutes into the game, Dante Theobald was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Emita FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tigre the free kick. Dante Theobald kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Masao Koriotto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eugenio Gotzon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Aparecido, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Emita FC's Eugenio Gotzon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Emita FC from getting a goal against them. In the 81st minute, Tigre's Justo Lore ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eugenio Gotzon. Eugenio Gotzon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-13. If Gwyn Lawson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Apolo Norino lost his temper 86 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Apolo Norino hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute, Gwyn Lawson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eugenio Gotzon was a little too slow when Pedro Aparecido got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 0-14. In the 95th minute, Gwyn Lawson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eugenio Gotzon. The goal made the score 0-15.
