The referee showed Primitivo Urritz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Los Reyes del Sur FC booed when Ferro General Pico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Urritz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gilberto Martinez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primitivo Urritz in the 6th minute of play. Ignacio Remir struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Amancio Ihintza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Reyes del Sur FC. When Matias Roland fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ferro General Pico's protests and gave Matias Roland a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filiberto Beti in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amancio Ihintza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Ignacio Remir fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Reyes del Sur FC's protests and gave Ignacio Remir a yellow card for diving instead. Ignacio Remir hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Remir in the 23rd minute of play forced Ferro General Pico's goalkeeper Amancio Ihintza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the game, Anier Abascal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Amancio Ihintza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Remir in the 36th minute of play forced Ferro General Pico's goalkeeper Amancio Ihintza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, Epifanio Leoncio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilberto Martinez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Epifanio Leoncio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Ferro General Pico players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Los Reyes del Sur FC were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Filiberto Beti made a kick off. The long shot by Victoriano Noe in the 53rd minute really tested Amancio Ihintza's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Epifanio Leoncio kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After having played for 55 minutes, Victoriano Noe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Reyes del Sur FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victoriano Noe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 60 played minutes, Ferro General Pico's Maximiliano Cordara shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gilberto Martinez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ferro General Pico reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Primitivo Urritz in the 61st minute of play forced Los Reyes del Sur FC's goalkeeper Gilberto Martinez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Los Reyes del Sur FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Tiburcio Maore hit a great ball. In the 71st match minute, Los Reyes del Sur FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiburcio Maore to maneuver through the defense. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the match, Epifanio Leoncio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gilberto Martinez. Los Reyes del Sur FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Epifanio Leoncio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Los Reyes del Sur FC's Filiberto Beti got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Los Reyes del Sur FC's Atilano Ixona was substituted for Filiberto Beti. After a rather tough play, Ferro General Pico's Matias Roland got a free kick in the 90th minute. After 93 played minutes Los Reyes del Sur FC got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Gartzi.
