The supporters of Los Reyes del Sur FC booed when Emita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Quilino didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filiberto Artal during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 38th minute, Clodoveo Paez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugenio Gotzon didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 39th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Emita FC's zone, Ignacio Remir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eugenio Gotzon came out of the goal and Ignacio Remir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Filiberto Beti to strike the kick off in the second half. Emita FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filiberto Beti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Atilano Ixona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Los Reyes del Sur FC fully deserved thier win.
