Spectators: 7560 (Terracing: 5672, Seating: 1738, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Silverio Lizar kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd match minute, Berreta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Azibar to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Berreta FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Zacarias Dodorol hit a great ball. Berreta FC's Eriberto Abadia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalmacio Oton in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Bernardo Aires hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Green Special's Dalmacio Oton tried to score from far away in the 11th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 15 minutes into the match, Dalmacio Oton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eriberto Abadia. Berreta FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dalmacio Oton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 18th match minute, Green Special was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walter Kannemann to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Berreta FC booed when Green Special was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmacio Oton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eriberto Abadia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Feliu in the 24th minute of play. Mariano Ferrando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silverio Lizar, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Thomas Vollmari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Abadia having to interfere. Mariano Ferrando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Azibar in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Abel Birila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silverio Lizar in the 34th minute of play forced Green Special's goalkeeper Mariano Ferrando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eriberto Abadia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Feliu in the 37th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Silverio Lizar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Berreta FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Green Special the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Oton in the 40th minute of play forced Berreta FC's goalkeeper Eriberto Abadia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salvador Ermengol struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Mariano Ferrando didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Berreta FC. After 45 played minutes Green Special got a freekick which was hit by Walter Kannemann. Berreta FC's Santos Piearres shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 46th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mariano Ferrando but with some difficulty. After the first half Green Special were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a rather tough play, Green Special's Rodrigo Feliu got a free kick in the 51st minute. Mariano Ferrando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silverio Lizar in the 51st minute of the match. Eriberto Abadia was a little too slow when Rodrigo Feliu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-2. Eriberto Abadia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Feliu in the 56th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Silverio Lizar notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Green Special's Mariano Ferrando. Mariano Ferrando was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silverio Lizar in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mariano Ferrando prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eriberto Abadia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dalmacio Oton, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After some careless play in the Green Special defense, Silverio Lizar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mariano Ferrando. The Green Special fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mariano Ferrando should have stopped the shot. In the 69th minute Fausto Azibar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Ferrando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Rodrigo Feliu put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Eriberto Abadia. 74 minutes into the match, Berreta FC's goalkeeper Eriberto Abadia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodrigo Feliu. Mariano Ferrando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silverio Lizar in the 76th minute of play. When Thomas Vollmari came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Green Special fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thomas Vollmari couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fausto Azibar during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 80 played minutes Berreta FC got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Azibar. Thomas Vollmari could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Eriberto Abadia made a huge save. If Silverio Lizar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esteban Abastas's late challenge caught a Berreta FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Esteban Abastas helped the player get up and apologised. After 86 played minutes Green Special got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Abastas. Mariano Ferrando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silverio Lizar in the 91st minute of play. Berreta FC's Silverio Lizar got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Green Special eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
