With his leg Placido Cayo managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when Ajax 1995's Valentin Inko fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Tuizón booed when Ajax 1995 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anier Chesus didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 21 played minutes Ajax 1995 got a freekick which was hit by Edgardo Videl. Tuizón's Sebastian Sendoa got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Placido Cayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Chayo in the 27th minute of the match. Placido Cayo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Martin Tomi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 33 minute of play. Denis Fliz struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Isidoro Tuste didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tuizón. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gavino Chayo was the one to do the kick off. If Reynaldo Lizardi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gavino Chayo hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bel Boule in the 60th minute of play forced Ajax 1995's goalkeeper Isidoro Tuste to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the game, Bel Boule was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tuizón's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ajax 1995 the free kick. In the 61st match minute, Tuizón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bel Boule to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 65 minutes, Denis Fliz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tuizón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denis Fliz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Tuizón defense, Gavino Chayo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Placido Cayo. The Tuizón fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Placido Cayo should have stopped the shot. Gavino Chayo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Placido Cayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Placido Cayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavino Chayo, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Placido Cayo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valentin Inko went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Valentin Inko took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Placido Cayo. Placido Cayo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0.
