The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Siro Gorri charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Siro Gorri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 3rd match minute, Diablos Rojos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Siro Gorri to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Diablos Rojos FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Tadeusz Zdanowicz hit a great ball. Joel Uxio, 4 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 7th minute, Guido Pagomari ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elpidio Urre was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 9th minute Roman Menendo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elpidio Urre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joel Uxio during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 10th match minute, C. Atlético Sportivo Díaz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Uxio to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfonso Satordi in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elpidio Urre saved C. Atlético Sportivo Díaz from getting behind. 16 minutes into the match, Alfonso Satordi notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of C. Atlético Sportivo Díaz's Elpidio Urre. Elpidio Urre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 19th minute, Alfonso Satordi made a precise shot to the right of Elpidio Urre. C. Atlético Sportivo Díaz's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Elpidio Urre came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Diablos Rojos FC's Alfonso Satordi. But to his dismay, Alfonso Satordi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Alfonso Satordi took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elpidio Urre. Elpidio Urre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. 31 minutes into the game, Diablos Rojos FC's Alfonso Satordi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elpidio Urre made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Alfonso Satordi put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Elpidio Urre. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 0-8 when Alfonso Satordi sped through C. Atlético Sportivo Díaz's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Elpidio Urre. After 44 minutes of play, Diablos Rojos FC's Alfonso Satordi made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elpidio Urre was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-9.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alfonso Satordi to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in C. Atlético Sportivo Díaz's zone, Alfonso Satordi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elpidio Urre came out of the goal and Alfonso Satordi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfonso Satordi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Urre having to interfere. Alfonso Satordi struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Elpidio Urre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Diablos Rojos FC. The supporters of Diablos Rojos FC booed when C. Atlético Sportivo Díaz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ildefonso Duarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in C. Atlético Sportivo Díaz's zone, Alfonso Satordi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elpidio Urre came out of the goal and Alfonso Satordi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Diablos Rojos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. Alfonso Satordi took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elpidio Urre. Alfonso Satordis short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Elpidio Urre to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A hard shot 75 in the game by Alfonso Satordi from a close distance when the talented Elpidio Urre managed to make a qualified save. C. Atlético Sportivo Díaz's players were relieved. When Diablos Rojos FC's Alfonso Satordi in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C. Elpidio Urre came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Diablos Rojos FC's Alfonso Satordi. But to his dismay, Alfonso Satordi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-13. With a little luck, C. Atlético Sportivo Díaz's Elpidio Urre got control of the ball when Roman Menendo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 87 minutes in the game, Alfonso Satordi fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Elpidio Urre having to interfere. After 89th play minutes Alfonso Satordi shot 0-14, a short shot which went by Elpidio Urre and just under the crossbar into goal. Alfonso Satordi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Urre having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Siro Gorri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Alfonso Satordi took a quick shot and it went in 0-15 without a chance for Elpidio Urre to make any attempt to save it. Diablos Rojos FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
