Cleto Arias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 67 minutes into the game, PLAZA ITALIA F.C's Ciro Berriotxoa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ciro Berriotxoa had several of the Ranquiles FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 85 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-9 score and a disappointed Cleto Arias as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 91st minute, Ciro Berriotxoa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cleto Arias was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. PLAZA ITALIA F.C's Benedicto Victoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justino Otoniel in the 94th minute of play. If Niceto Abeita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. PLAZA ITALIA F.C's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
