Maximino Txanton made a great header on Tacura's corner, it was just that Club Atlético Huracán's Benito Marquez managed to reach the ball for a save. If Raul Perrando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benito Marquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Perrando, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 23rd minute, Tiburcio Mergildo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the game, Tiburcio Mergildo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tacura's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlético Huracán the free kick. Tiburcio Mergildo hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Omar Bertin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Osvaldo Ardiles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Huracán's zone, Raul Perrando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Marquez came out of the goal and Raul Perrando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Raul Perrando might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Marquez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Raul Perrando ran back to his position shaking his head. Raul Perrando was extremely unlucky when he, in the 36th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With a little luck, Club Atlético Huracán's Benito Marquez got control of the ball when Ronaldo Gullit tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Raul Perrando to strike the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Selmo kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Raul Perrando ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Marquez was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 64 minutes into the match, Raul Perrando had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Marquez. Club Atlético Huracán's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raul Perrando was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After 67 minutes, Raul Perrando made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Club Atlético Huracán's Benito Marquez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Raul Perrando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Marquez having to interfere.
