The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeronimo Cidro got free with Guido Herrera in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Guido Herrera was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Alfredo Bastos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alfredo Bastos really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 32 minutes into the match, Teofilo Bizi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Guido Herrera, 3-0. After 36 minutes, Ezequiel Alonso made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. River Plate's Alaaddin Uchiha tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ezequiel Alonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute Ezequiel Alonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alaaddin Uchiha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Denis Franco fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LA GRAN WILLY FC's protests and gave Denis Franco a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th minute, Denis Franco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

56 minutes into the match, LA GRAN WILLY FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeronimo Cidro came free, but Guido Herrera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guido Herrera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeronimo Cidro in the 58th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Orlando Sazon made a precise shot to the right of Guido Herrera. LA GRAN WILLY FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. After a rather tough play, LA GRAN WILLY FC's Denis Franco got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 70th minute Teofilo Bizi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guido Herrera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Alfredo Bastos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Guido Herrera came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by River Plate's Jeronimo Cidro. But to his dismay, Jeronimo Cidro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. After 76 played minutes River Plate got a freekick which was hit by Emilio Rico. Alaaddin Uchiha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Alonso in the 77th minute of the match. Guido Herrera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeronimo Cidro, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. It was a well-played corner which Amador Leguizamón managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 冯义浩 kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 90th minute Emilio Rico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guido Herrera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeronimo Cidro scored 6-1 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guido Herrera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the River Plate players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
