Spectators: 6201 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1200, VIP seats: 1) Maximiliano Salbatore started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 7 minutes into the game, Jose Nuñez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olivos AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Santamarina the free kick. Jose Nuñez hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Eleuterio Bakar's late challenge caught a Santamarina's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eleuterio Bakar helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Olivos AFC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Eleuterio Bakar hit a great ball. 12 minutes into the match, Olivos AFC's goalkeeper Pascual Olentzaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claudio Misael. Fabio Vellito was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 13 minutes into the match. After 13 played minutes Santamarina got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Vellito. Santamarina's Claudio Misael got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Melchor Oihan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filomeno Abadia in the 23rd minute of play. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Filomeno Abadia sped through Santamarina's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Melchor Oihan. A collision led to Santamarina getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Camilo Serafo hit a great ball. Silverio Calvet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Melchor Oihan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Claudio Misael recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pascual Olentzaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorio Leoiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Camilo Serafo hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. If Silverio Calvet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melchor Oihan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Nuñez, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. In the 48th match minute, Santamarina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorio Leoiar to maneuver through the defense. 50 minutes into the match, Santamarina's goal looked a bit too open when Eleuterio Bakar came free, but Melchor Oihan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Olivos AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silverio Calvet to make the kick off. Melchor Oihan made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Sergio Orain sent off a good shot on target. Melchor Oihan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose Nuñez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot by Sergio Orain from long distance, 57 minutes into the match, got Melchor Oihan's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Celestino Chinto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santamarina's supporters rose to their feet, but Celestino Chinto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pascual Olentzaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With an all-out effort, Olivos AFC's Melchor Oihan threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Silverio Calvet, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 74 minutes into the match, Santamarina's Claudio Misael sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pascual Olentzaro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Filomeno Abadia kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Claudio Misael had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pascual Olentzaro. Olivos AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Claudio Misael was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Melchor Oihan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose Nuñez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudio Misael might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pascual Olentzaro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudio Misael ran back to his position shaking his head. Claudio Misael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Pascual Olentzaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santamarina's Victorio Leoiar got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 92 minutes into the game, Claudio Misael cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Pascual Olentzaro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Santamarina were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Olivos AFC for a fine match.
