DUGGAN FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Taladro Nordico the free kick. After a rather tough play, DUGGAN FC's Evaristo Gilen got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Jairo Haitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ramon Piarres went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 8 minutes, Vasco Lamego made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Taladro Nordico's Jairo Haitz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. But to his dismay, Vasco Lamego quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. If Epifanio Ruisko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jairo Haitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Gilen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute, Vasco Lamego got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jairo Haitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vasco Lamego went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. In the 30th minute, Vasco Lamego left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DUGGAN FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Taladro Nordico's goalkeeper Jairo Haitz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vasco Lamego in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jairo Haitz saved Taladro Nordico from getting behind. In the 44th minute Evaristo Gilen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Haitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, Epifanio Ruisko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jairo Haitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. After the first half DUGGAN FC were leading 0-8. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Vasco Lamego made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Vasco Lamego ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jairo Haitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. Jairo Haitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epifanio Ruisko, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Epifanio Ruisko got free with Jairo Haitz in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 62 minutes into the match, DUGGAN FC's goal looked a bit too open when Reynaldo Bertol came free, but Celestino Dei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evaristo Gilen might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jairo Haitz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Evaristo Gilen ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Vasco Lamego put it in 0-11 from a short distance just to the right of Jairo Haitz. 75 minutes into the match, Vasco Lamego dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jairo Haitz, 0-13. When DUGGAN FC's Vasco Lamego in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Taladro Nordico's goalie prevented a goal. With his leg Jairo Haitz managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when DUGGAN FC's Vasco Lamego fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 84th minute Epifanio Ruisko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Haitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vasco Lamego fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Haitz having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vasco Lamego in the 95th minute of play forced Taladro Nordico's goalkeeper Jairo Haitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
