Spectators: 7495 (Terracing: 5622, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Benedicto Quinito kicked off to start the match. After 2 minutes, Aquiles Xacintu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manantial and the Taladro Nordico players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 2 played minutes Manantial got a freekick which was hit by Aquiles Xacintu. When Desiderio Ekain came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Taladro Nordico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Desiderio Ekain couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Desiderio Ekain managed to get in a good position for a shot. Taladro Nordico's supporters rose to their feet, but Desiderio Ekain was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ron Falkingham breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rafael Børre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ron Falkingham having to interfere. After 22 played minutes Manantial got a freekick which was hit by Bernabe Shantala. Reynaldo Bertol took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ron Falkingham. Ron Falkingham dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Erasmo Bernard charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erasmo Bernard the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th match minute, Taladro Nordico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Bernard to maneuver through the defense. Jairo Haitz was a little too slow when Benedicto Quinito got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Ekain in the 32nd minute of play forced Manantial's goalkeeper Ron Falkingham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Desiderio Ekain in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ron Falkingham saved Manantial from getting behind. Ron Falkingham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Desiderio Ekain, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute, Desiderio Ekain got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Rafael Børre made the kick off in the second half. Ron Falkingham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Børre, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. 52 minutes had been played when some careless play by Manantial's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Juan Kepa was slow to take the kick. During this time Taladro Nordico's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Reynaldo Bertol got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ron Falkingham quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 57 minutes into the match, Manantial's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Børre came free, but Ron Falkingham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jairo Haitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Quinito in the 59th minute of play. Jakub Sidorowicz charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jakub Sidorowicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jakub Sidorowicz kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Manantial's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Børre came free, but Ron Falkingham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute of the match Taladro Nordico got a corner. Manantial's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Juan Kepa ran over to the corner to take the kick. Taladro Nordico's Juan Kepa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ron Falkingham in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Aquiles Xacintu was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 83 minutes had been played. Benedicto Quinito hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Manantial's zone, Rafael Børre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ron Falkingham came out of the goal and Rafael Børre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 92nd match minute, Manantial was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernabe Shantala to maneuver through the defense. Taladro Nordico's attack was well implemented in the 94th minute, but when Rafael Børre was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. When the match was over Taladro Nordico could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Manantial throughout the match.
