Spectators: 6422 (Terracing: 4799, Seating: 1489, VIP seats: 134) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Benedicto Quinito made the kick off which started today's match. Abel Peru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Cloyo having to interfere. After some careless play in the Olivos AFC defense, Abel Peru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mariano Cloyo. The Olivos AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mariano Cloyo should have stopped the shot. Benedicto Quinito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th match minute, Olivos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Nuxila to maneuver through the defense. Manantial's Abel Peru got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Benedicto Quinito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciro Isias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Ron Falkingham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 24 played minutes Manantial got a freekick which was hit by Jakub Sidorowicz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Peru in the 29th minute of play forced Olivos AFC's goalkeeper Mariano Cloyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mariano Cloyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Peru, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abel Peru in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mariano Cloyo saved Olivos AFC from getting behind. In the 40th match minute, Manantial was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severo Piearres to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abel Peru in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mariano Cloyo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 47th minute, one of Manantial:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Manantial. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ciro Isias was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th match minute, Manantial was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severo Piearres to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Isias in the 61st minute of play forced Manantial's goalkeeper Ron Falkingham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manantial's Ron Falkingham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Perrando in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Manantial's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Isias came free, but Ron Falkingham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 72 played minutes Manantial got a freekick which was hit by Aquiles Xacintu. 74 minutes into the game, Celestino Pello was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manantial's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olivos AFC the free kick. In the 74th minute, Celestino Pello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 75 played minutes, Olivos AFC's Ciro Isias shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ron Falkingham came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Olivos AFC reached it. Aquiles Xacintu's late challenge caught a Olivos AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aquiles Xacintu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th minute, Aquiles Xacintu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ciro Isias took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ron Falkingham. Manantial's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Abel Peru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Mariano Cloyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mariano Cloyo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Quinito in the 87th minute of play. Manantial's Ron Falkingham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Isias in the 90th minute of play. In the 97th minute, Manantial's Robin Grelsson seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Robin Grelsson the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Manantial protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Robin Grelsson had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of Olivos AFC booed when Manantial was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robin Grelsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was beautiful to see Olivos AFC's Eleuterio Gabrio in action when he in the 100th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
