Everardo Aimar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Ado, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. A collision led to Cabrones getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Eulalio Liberto hit a great ball. In the 6th minute, Eulalio Liberto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Cabrones's Dante Tuste got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute of the match Atilano Etxahun shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Everardo Aimar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Quijana AFC's Atilano Etxahun got a free kick in the 18th minute. Atilano Etxahun kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Denis Ado in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Everardo Aimar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 26 played minutes Cabrones got a freekick which was hit by Eulalio Liberto. Quijana AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Severo Izotz scored to the left of an out of position Romeo Bartoleme, making the score, 1-0. After 43 played minutes Cabrones got a freekick which was hit by Marino Grazia. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The crowd rose to their feet as Quijana AFC's Denis Ado slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Everardo Aimar. That made the score 1-1 after 54 minutes of play. Severo Izotz struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Romeo Bartoleme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cabrones. Cosme Clodio hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Quijana AFC's Jimeno Beti got a free kick in the 74th minute. Quijana AFC's Romeo Bartoleme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosme Clodio in the 79th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Santiago Brasil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Romeo Bartoleme. Quijana AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santiago Brasil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Ado in the 90th minute of play forced Cabrones's goalkeeper Everardo Aimar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Everardo Aimar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Denis Ado went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Quijana AFC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Cabrones had controlled the match.
