A collision led to CA San Lorenzo de Almagro getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Béla Sugár hit a great ball. In the 4th minute, 尤明震 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th minute, Béla Sugár ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Justo Jeraldo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Justo Jeraldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Luar in the 18th minute of play. If Cezar Alexandru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute of the match Erubiel Virila shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Justo Jeraldo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Il Catenaccio's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Francesco came free, but Justo Jeraldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidro Luar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Jeraldo having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Béla Sugár in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Justo Jeraldo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 33rd minute, Béla Sugár left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CA San Lorenzo de Almagro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Justo Jeraldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidro Luar in the 38th minute of the match. Il Catenaccio's Justo Jeraldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Béla Sugár in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Béla Sugár made a precise shot to the right of Justo Jeraldo. Il Catenaccio's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Justo Jeraldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Luar in the 47th minute of play. After the first half CA San Lorenzo de Almagro were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Béla Sugár stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Joel Mingo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Gentza, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute of the match, Béla Sugár tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Justo Jeraldo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Francesco in the 56th minute of play forced Il Catenaccio's goalkeeper Justo Jeraldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Béla Sugár blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Justo Jeraldo having to make a save. 59 minutes into the game, Israel Brion was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Il Catenaccio's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CA San Lorenzo de Almagro the free kick. Israel Brion kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Béla Sugár made a precise shot to the right of Justo Jeraldo. Il Catenaccio's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. In the 69th minute, CA San Lorenzo de Almagro's Fernando Francesco dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. With a little luck, Il Catenaccio's Justo Jeraldo got control of the ball when Cezar Alexandru tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Il Catenaccio defense, Cezar Alexandru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Justo Jeraldo. The Il Catenaccio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Justo Jeraldo should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Béla Sugár in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Justo Jeraldo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 80 minutes into the game, Béla Sugár recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Justo Jeraldo. Béla Sugár showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-10. The referee felt a red card was in order, 83 minutes into the game, when Hugo Mitxaut put in a rough tackle. 85 minutes into the match, Il Catenaccio's goalkeeper Justo Jeraldo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wágner Bittencourt. Il Catenaccio's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Béla Sugár scored to the left of an out of position Justo Jeraldo, making the score, 0-11. Justo Jeraldo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isidro Luar in the 89th minute. In the 93rd match minute, CA San Lorenzo de Almagro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wágner Bittencourt to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 94 minutes, Alberto Macri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Il Catenaccio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Macri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
