Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fernan Gorbea kicked off to start the match. After 3 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for La Guardia Imperial! Silvinho Messias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amador Raymond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amador Raymond in the 7th minute of play forced La Guardia Imperial's goalkeeper Silvinho Messias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Rogelio Neto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of RACINGUS booed when La Guardia Imperial was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Everardo Micael didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fernan Gorbea got free with Håkan Wiklund in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Silvinho Messias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonides Chago, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 15th minute, Cristian-Eduardo Romero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. La Guardia Imperial's Silvinho Messias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by German Emesto in the 18th minute of play. Leonides Chago took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silvinho Messias. Silvinho Messias dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. La Guardia Imperial's Silvinho Messias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonides Chago in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kenneth Gunnarsen in the 24th minute of play forced RACINGUS's goalkeeper Håkan Wiklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Håkan Wiklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kenneth Gunnarsen in the 25th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, La Guardia Imperial's goal looked a bit too open when German Emesto came free, but Silvinho Messias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Timoteo Quinto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonides Chago in the 28th minute of play forced La Guardia Imperial's goalkeeper Silvinho Messias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kenneth Gunnarsen's late challenge caught a RACINGUS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kenneth Gunnarsen helped the player get up and apologised. After 29 played minutes La Guardia Imperial got a freekick which was hit by Kenneth Gunnarsen. Amador Raymond scored 0-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvinho Messias, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kenneth Gunnarsen did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Håkan Wiklund 34 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, La Guardia Imperial's Everardo Micael got a free kick in the 37th minute. Silvinho Messias came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by RACINGUS's Leonides Chago. But to his dismay, Leonides Chago quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 44th minute German Emesto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvinho Messias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonides Chago to make the kick off. Rogelio Neto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonides Chago in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvinho Messias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 56 minutes of play, RACINGUS's Leonides Chago made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvinho Messias was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amador Raymond's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvinho Messias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64thth minute of the game Ermegildo Fidensio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RACINGUS's Håkan Wiklund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Leonides Chago took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Silvinho Messias to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when German Emesto got free with Silvinho Messias in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Silvinho Messias made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Leonides Chago sent off a good shot on target. Silvinho Messias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonides Chago in the 80th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Kenneth Gunnarsen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Guardia Imperial fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-6. German Emesto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Silvinho Messias made a huge save. In the 89th minute Leonides Chago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvinho Messias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Amador Raymond notched a goal, 2-7, to the right of La Guardia Imperial's Silvinho Messias. Silvinho Messias was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. RACINGUS's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
