Marcelo Mikelats's late challenge caught a C.A. Chacarita Juniors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcelo Mikelats helped the player get up and apologised. C.A. Chacarita Juniors made a substitution. Eliseo Ipar replaced Ladislao Bautista. In the 8th minute of the match Serafin Checa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ricardo Galtero skillfully saved the ball. Cecilio Cordairo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernardino Esquipula showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cecilio Cordairo, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Cecilio Cordairo scored 1-2 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernardino Esquipula, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Braulio Maraman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Ricardo Galtero made a huge save. Zeledon Urritz hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Eliseo Ipar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ricardo Galtero. The goal made the score 2-2. In the 45th match minute, Cortaderas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severo Llorenc to maneuver through the defense. Cortaderas FC's Ricardo Galtero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafin Checa in the 46th minute of play. But to his dismay, Eliseo Ipar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

When Braulio Maraman fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A. Chacarita Juniors's protests and gave Braulio Maraman a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to C.A. Chacarita Juniors getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Braulio Maraman hit a great ball. In the 88th minute Eliseo Ipar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Galtero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliseo Ipar kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Bernardino Esquipula made an important save on a dangerous shot by Narciso Gorosti in the 96th minute.
