The audience thought a goal was coming when Oscar Tercero got free with Bixente Soudan in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 11 minutes into the match, Milmar's goal looked a bit too open when Geronimo Bazil came free, but Erasmo Nafarroa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, Geronimo Bazil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The megavalen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Erasmo Nafarroa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cayetano Ihazintu in the 21st minute of the match. The supporters of megavalen booed when Milmar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Vítor Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th match minute, Milmar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopoldo Blasi to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute, Milmar's Cleto Dominic seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Cleto Dominic the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Milmar protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Cleto Dominic had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Milmar fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! Erasmo Nafarroa had in the 30thth minute some difficulties stopping Cayetano Ihazintu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Erasmo Nafarroa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geronimo Bazil, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 36 minutes into the game, megavalen's Geronimo Bazil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erasmo Nafarroa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. A collision led to Milmar getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Esteve Salamon hit a great ball. Erasmo Nafarroa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geronimo Bazil in the 41st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Milmar defense, Geronimo Bazil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erasmo Nafarroa. The Milmar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erasmo Nafarroa should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cayetano Ihazintu was the one to do the kick off. Cayetano Ihazintu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Erasmo Nafarroa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Milmar's João Vítor Andrade quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Fabio Figueroa, made in the 68th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oscar Tercero in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bixente Soudan saved megavalen from getting behind. Milmar's Erasmo Nafarroa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geronimo Bazil in the 70th minute of play. After 70 played minutes Milmar got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Frasco. Milmar's João Vítor Andrade managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fabio Figueroa in the 72 minute of the game. A collision led to Milmar getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Leopoldo Frasco hit a great ball. After 75 played minutes megavalen got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Jordy. If Oscar Tercero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erasmo Nafarroa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artemio Muc in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Cayetano Ihazintu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erasmo Nafarroa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. megavalen's Francisco Colon was substituted for Aquiles Orlondo. After some careless play in the Milmar defense, Cayetano Ihazintu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erasmo Nafarroa. The Milmar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erasmo Nafarroa should have stopped the shot. Erasmo Nafarroa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vicente Firmin in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute, Abel Ipar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Erasmo Nafarroa. The goal made the score 0-9. megavalen's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
