Anselmo Elivareo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosme Esdras in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th match minute, Huase was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonzo Corderall to maneuver through the defense. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomás Rami stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Emanuel Soin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guaberto Dalmau in the 51st minute of the match. Anselmo Elivareo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cosme Esdras in the 53rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alonzo Corderall got free with Anselmo Elivareo in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 73 minutes, Eliseo Pereyra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huase's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseo Pereyra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot by Domingos Hegoi from long distance, 78 minutes into the match, got Anselmo Elivareo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Arturo Vimaro shot from long distance in the 96th minute, but Anselmo Elivareo was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post.
