Erubiel Chumo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santo Lon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Asier in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Eloy Joseph hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomás Bide hit a great ball. Prudencio Mingo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hernan Estefan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Obano in the 22nd minute of play forced Rinconada FC's goalkeeper Santo Lon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santo Lon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Asier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hernan Estefan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Bide in the 35th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Erubiel Chumo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Rinconada FC's Santo Lon. Santo Lon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Uriel Eder hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Tomás Bide could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Hernan Estefan made a huge save. In the 47th match minute, Aurinegro club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Rocio to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomás Bide made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Rinconada FC's Prudencio Mingo got a free kick in the 60th minute. Erubiel Chumo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Santo Lon made a huge save. Erubiel Chumo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santo Lon having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Aurinegro club's Armando Asier got a free kick in the 68th minute. Hernan Estefan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Bide, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After 70 minutes, Roberto Rocio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aurinegro club and the Rinconada FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rinconada FC made a substitution. Vladimiro Tome replaced Prudencio Mingo. In the 71st minute, Roberto Rocio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erubiel Chumo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santo Lon having to interfere. The supporters of Rinconada FC booed when Aurinegro club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santiago Obano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hernan Estefan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Brion in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Erubiel Chumo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernabe Chinto kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Aurinegro club's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
