Fernando Gabon hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Diego Enekoitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hermengildo Fernandes's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. When Hermengildo Fernandes came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the XEI NEI XE FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hermengildo Fernandes couldn't finish the play. Diego Enekoitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Genaro Medina went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of XEI NEI XE FC booed when Eusebia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Dolcet didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Genaro Medina made a precise shot to the right of Diego Enekoitz. Eusebia FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as XEI NEI XE FC's Hermengildo Fernandes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Diego Enekoitz. That made the score 3-0 after 27 minutes of play. Cristo Santos took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oscar Gombal. Oscar Gombal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Diego Enekoitz was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Hermengildo Fernandes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hermengildo Fernandes really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Gabon in the 39th minute of play forced XEI NEI XE FC's goalkeeper Oscar Gombal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eusebia FC's Diego Enekoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Fernandes in the 44th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermengildo Fernandes in the 45th minute of play forced Eusebia FC's goalkeeper Diego Enekoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diego Enekoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermengildo Fernandes in the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hermengildo Fernandes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Hermengildo Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Enekoitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 57 played minutes XEI NEI XE FC got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Claris. Diego Enekoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Genaro Medina, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Fernando Gabons short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Oscar Gombal to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Eusebia FC's Diego Enekoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Fernandes in the 73rd minute of play. In the 76th match minute, XEI NEI XE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Placido Gutierrez to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Fernando Gabon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eusebia FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernando Gabon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oscar Gombal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 81 minutes of play, XEI NEI XE FC's Hermengildo Fernandes made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Diego Enekoitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! 86 minutes into the game, Genaro Medina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Diego Enekoitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 91st minute, Marcel De La Fontaine left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The XEI NEI XE FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1.
