TenRyu FC's Eduardo Rameriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Karlo in the 4th minute of play. 6 minutes into the game, progreso's Sergio Lauren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eduardo Rameriz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Gabriel Fernandez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eduardo Rameriz. That made the score 2-0 in the 10 minute of play. Eduardo Rameriz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sergio Lauren went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 21st minute, Zacarias Hartz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eduardo Rameriz was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Federico Karlo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Rameriz having to interfere. If Federico Karlo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ismael Fraco charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ismael Fraco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of progreso booed when TenRyu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Fraco didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes into the game, progreso's Sergio Lauren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eduardo Rameriz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Teodoro Dorio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Eduardo Rameriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zacarias Hartz, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Edgard Senen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but András Murai made a huge save. Teodoro Dorio scored 9-0 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eduardo Rameriz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sergio Lauren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Eduardo Rameriz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the TenRyu FC defense, Federico Karlo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eduardo Rameriz. The TenRyu FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eduardo Rameriz should have stopped the shot. After 73 minutes TenRyu FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jose Urti who took care of the corner kick. Zacarias Hartz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Rameriz having to interfere. Eduardo Rameriz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Hartz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Federico Karlo took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eduardo Rameriz. Eduardo Rameriz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. Eduardo Rameriz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Lauren in the 82nd minute of play. progreso's Zacarias Hartz got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Zacarias Hartz managed to get in a good position for a shot. progreso's supporters rose to their feet, but Zacarias Hartz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduardo Rameriz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in TenRyu FC's zone, Federico Karlo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Rameriz came out of the goal and Federico Karlo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. progreso fully deserved thier win.
