Tobias Truylos's late challenge caught a Guascan AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tobias Truylos helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the Guascan AFC defense, Melquiades Beila kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sidney Ashford. The Guascan AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sidney Ashford should have stopped the shot. Guascan AFC's Sidney Ashford proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Guascan AFC from getting a goal against them. 38 minutes into the match, Guascan AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Javier Santana came free, but Sidney Ashford reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delmiro Txindoki kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 44 minutes into the game, Terapia Intensiva's Lorenzo Fernanco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sidney Ashford made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Melquiades Beila made a kick off. Sidney Ashford made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Fernanco in the 51st minute of play. After some careless play in the Guascan AFC defense, Lorenzo Fernanco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sidney Ashford. The Guascan AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sidney Ashford should have stopped the shot. If Lorenzo Fernanco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Lorenzo Fernanco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Guascan AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Fernanco came free, but Sidney Ashford reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sidney Ashford made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Beila in the 66th minute of play. When Benicio Gustau fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Terapia Intensiva's protests and gave Benicio Gustau a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Terapia Intensiva getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Benicio Gustau hit a great ball. Melquiades Beila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Sidney Ashford tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Lorenzo Fernanco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sidney Ashford was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. After 81 minutes, Gust Vanden Bussche mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guascan AFC and the Terapia Intensiva players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st match minute, Guascan AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gust Vanden Bussche to maneuver through the defense. Sidney Ashford made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Truylos in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Lorenzo Fernanco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Terapia Intensiva fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. After 89 minutes of play, Terapia Intensiva's Melquiades Beila made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sidney Ashford was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Lorenzo Fernanco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Melquiades Beila blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sidney Ashford having to make a save. Melquiades Beila's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sidney Ashford read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Melquiades Beila took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sidney Ashford. Sidney Ashford dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. Terapia Intensiva's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
