Bruno Pierres didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dominic Ramjohn went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 6 minutes into the game, Colegiales's Damon Boatman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Pierres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Colegiales's Dominic Ramjohn got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vladimiro Menendo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Baldomiro Nuno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bruno Pierres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dominic Ramjohn, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After having played for 22 minutes, Dominic Ramjohn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colegiales's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dominic Ramjohn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dominic Ramjohn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Bruno Pierres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dominic Ramjohn got free with Bruno Pierres in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Bruno Pierres managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Colegiales's Dominic Ramjohn fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tatengue FC's Bruno Pierres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artemio Quintin in the 31st minute of play. With his leg Bruno Pierres managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when Colegiales's Dominic Ramjohn fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Benicio Tiadoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Baldomiro Nuno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Benicio Tiadoro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 47th minute by Dominic Ramjohn got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dominic Ramjohn made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Artemio Quintin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Pierres. Tatengue FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Artemio Quintin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 63rd minute Dominic Ramjohn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Pierres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Colegiales's Dominic Ramjohn in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tatengue FC's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dominic Ramjohn in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Benicio Tiadoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomiro Nuno having to interfere. Eusebio Castulo kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Vladimiro Menendo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Baldomiro Nuno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Artemio Quintin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Tatengue FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Pierres should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Benicio Tiadoro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tatengue FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benicio Tiadoro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomiro Nuno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonas Montel's late challenge caught a Tatengue FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonas Montel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 89th match minute, Colegiales was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Montel to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Colegiales booed when Tatengue FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fulgencio Quinten didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute Vladimiro Menendo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomiro Nuno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Pierres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dominic Ramjohn in the 95th minute of play. Vladimiro Menendo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Colegiales's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
