Sauce FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Georges Marchais was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Paulino Kusko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvano Thomas having to interfere. Silvano Thomas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Georges Marchais's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Raul Jaunti notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Sauce FC's Silvano Thomas. Silvano Thomas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Caldas De Reis's Georges Marchais got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulino Kusko in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvano Thomas saved Sauce FC from getting behind. 39 minutes into the match, Sauce FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulino Kusko came free, but Silvano Thomas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeledon Enaut in the 45th minute of play forced Sauce FC's goalkeeper Silvano Thomas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 0-6 became the score in the 48th minute when Raul Jaunti elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mauro Hermon to make the kick off. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Caldas De Reis reached it. Silvano Thomas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Georges Marchais in the 96th minute of the match. Fermin Charro hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Aaron Barea kicked well hit freekick during the 100th minute of the match. Caldas De Reis's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
