Karol Pstrongowski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Karol Pstrongowski stood somewhat misplaced when Daniel Brun came free in front of goal and shot 4-0 to the left of him in the 28 minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Brun got free with Karol Pstrongowski in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Unión y Progreso Tandil's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Haroldo Berbiz in the 35th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felipe Manny couldn't finish the play. Karol Pstrongowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeledon Bermudo in the 96th minute of play. There was no doubt that Unión y Progreso Tandil were the better team. Unión y Progreso Tandil's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
