Severino Donio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Leonidas Bourboulithras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 4th minute, Nicanor Quintun made a precise shot to the right of Leonidas Bourboulithras. Club Atletico Ipona's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 7 minutes into the match, Cuervo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Albino Milio came free, but Diego Madeo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute, Nicanor Quintun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonidas Bourboulithras was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Cuervo FC's Diego Madeo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Urtats in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Cuervo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Albino Milio came free, but Diego Madeo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diego Madeo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Urtats, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albino Milio took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Diego Madeo. Diego Madeo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 43rd minute, Lázaro Maore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 44th minute, when Cuervo FC's Froilan Filipo after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Leonidas Bourboulithras in Club Atletico Ipona's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. In the 47th minute, Rafael Inautzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nicanor Quintun made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Cuervo FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcial Cordarrol. In the 57th minute, Club Atletico Ipona's Przemyslaw Bojanowski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Diego Madeo. Diego Madeo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. With his leg Diego Madeo managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when Club Atletico Ipona's Claudio Urtats fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some careless play in the Club Atletico Ipona defense, Nicanor Quintun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonidas Bourboulithras. The Club Atletico Ipona fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonidas Bourboulithras should have stopped the shot. Claudio Urtats could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Diego Madeo made a huge save. In the 67th minute, Albino Milio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafael Inautzi in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonidas Bourboulithras prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Albino Milio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Diego Madeo made a huge save. After some careless play in the Cuervo FC defense, Claudio Urtats kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diego Madeo. The Cuervo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diego Madeo should have stopped the shot. Diego Madeo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albino Milio, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Nicanor Quintun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Rafael Inautzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonidas Bourboulithras having to interfere. Leonidas Bourboulithras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicanor Quintun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafael Inautzi in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonidas Bourboulithras saved Club Atletico Ipona from getting behind. Leonidas Bourboulithras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicanor Quintun in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th minute Rafael Inautzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonidas Bourboulithras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
